Goofin' around

Augie's sense of humor is blossoming. I keep saying that he's one of the funniest people I know. His favorite jokes right now include: putting things (a drum, an empty basket, empty bags) on his head and walking around; zerberting us (still a favorite!); balancing on things; peekabo; and, tonight at dinner, doing this weird thing where he tenses all the muscles in his body and looks like he's screaming - and then he suddenly breaks out in mad laughter. James encourages this, so tonight he must have done it a dozen times. The best part is that just as he's finishing the weird tense-face, he breaks into a smile and just starts giggling.
